Sunday Family Dinners

When we lived in California it seemed like the whole family got together for family dinner's at mom and dad's house on Sunday evenings. Things are a little bit different now that we live in Texas but we still have Sunday evening family dinner's at least once a month and sometimes more. The following pictures were taken during a family dinner this summer out on our back porch.

Just Keep Swimming.

This summer after all the family was gone we took a long weekend vacation to Wimberely which is a small town between Austin and San Antonio. We spent our days swimming, hiking, and shopping. I personally did a lot of sleeping because it turns out that I had the flu! But I was awake enough to capture some photos. The girls swimming improved immensely in the short time we spent there.


Lysie is a really good swimmer she just lacks Addie's confidence.

Addie was really confident at the pool because it was a private pool. It wasn't too large and so she could swim both the length and width of the pool and suddenly she was like a little fish.

Addie enjoyed having Mike throw her around in the pool. It was fun to watch too!
